FORT EDWARD -- The Washington County Board of Elections will begin counting absentee ballots at about midday Tuesday.
More than 900 absentee ballots were issued and 665 were returned by voters, said Elections Co-Chairwoman Donna English.
Officials expect to complete the count by Thursday.
