FORT EDWARD -- A Glens Falls man has been charged with selling crack cocaine to a police informant, police said.
Ulysses McMillan, 30, of Broad Street was arrested on felony charges of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance, Washington County Sheriff Roger Leclaire said.
He is accused of selling crack in Fort Edward on Sept. 24.
McMillan was arraigned before Washington County Judge Kelly McKeighan and sent to Washington County Jail for lack of bail.
The case was investigated by the Capital District Drug Enforcement Task Force, of which the Sheriff's Office is a member. The task force was assisted by the Warren County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Unit.
