STONY CREEK -- A Ballston Spa man was injured Friday night after he drove a pickup truck into a tree and hurt himself, police said.
Glenn E. Campbell, 47, of Kristen Drive, was charged with misdemeanor aggravated driving while intoxicated after he drove off Harrisburg Road, according to the Warren County Sheriff's Office. He suffered minor injuries but refused medical treatment, police said.
Campbell told police he had just left a bar in Stony Creek, though police did not specify which one.
The Sheriff's Office said his blood-alcohol content was 0.19 percent, above the 0.18 percent threshold for aggravated DWI.
Sheriff's Patrol Officer Scott Phillips made the arrest and was assisted at the crash scene by State Police.
